Excellent service communication and quality

They are very well built scanners, the ability to transfer chip numbers directly to a computer is quite handy as it makes journal keeping easier for the vets. The battery life is nice and long and compared to other scanner models we've tried it has a nice and large pickup pattern making scanning the animals easier. As usual we've received great service from Viki and I will certainly be working with them again.
